Molly Egelind is a well-known Danish actress. She is the daughter of actress Søs Egelind and film photographer Björn Blixt. Molly has been working as an actress since 2002. She has appeared in many films but became especially known for her role as Astrid in the movie ‘Den Skallede Frisør’ (2012), directed and written by Susanne Bier. In 2013 this role brought her a Robert nomination for Female Supporting Actress of the Year. The same year she received the SVEND AWARD for ‘Danish Hope of the Year’. Molly is also currently starring as the lead actress on the hit TV2-show ‘Sygeplejeskolen’. Molly has worked with brands like Garnier Nordics, Nespresso, Markberg, and Elizabeth Arden.
